Package Your Timepiece
Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box with all certificates and protective films intact to ensure it is protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
